🧹 Pipeline Cleanup
Find duplicate loans (same borrower with both an LN-* placeholder and a real LD lead number, or two LD records that should be one) and merge or delete them. Server-side merge keeps the higher-rank record and absorbs contact info / sales context from the loser. Audit trail is stamped on the surviving loan.
